Gallery

This weaving gallery displays bands that I’ve woven since reviving my tablet-weaving hobby in late 2011. Most are tablet-woven.

Pattern diagram explained

A friend reminded me that not all weavers use, or even know of, the diagramming convention of Gutram’s Tablet-weaving Thingy (GTT), a Windows-based application for designing tablet-woven bands. This page explains the convention.

All designs use cards with four holes in the corners. Holes are lettered A through D clockwise as viewed from the weaver’s right (assuming that the weaver is positioned behind the woven part).
